Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients give us an entry method — a door code, a lockbox, or a key — and come home to a finished clean. Just share the details when you book.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with everything the job needs, including commercial-grade vacuums for hardwood, tile, and carpet. If you would rather we use a specific product from your home, leave it out and let us know.
What areas do you serve?
We clean homes across Richmond and the surrounding counties, including Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, and Goochland — plus Midlothian, Glen Allen, Short Pump, Mechanicsville, Bon Air, Tuckahoe, Ashland, Powhatan, New Kent, and more.
Do you require a contract?
No. There are no contracts and no deposits. Recurring plans can be paused, rescheduled, or cancelled anytime with 36 hours' notice.
How is pricing calculated?
Standard cleans use flat-rate pricing based on home size and condition. Deep and move-in/move-out cleans are estimated up front; any time beyond the estimate is billed at $125/hour, prorated.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean is recurring maintenance for a home that is already in good shape. A deep clean adds detailed work such as baseboards, windows, grout, and light fixtures, and is a good starting point before moving onto a recurring plan.
